About Me

Jonathan Parke

I specialize in the support of professionals and executives aiming to better manage their relationship with alcohol and other substances. With over a decade of solid sobriety and real-world leadership, I’ve lived the challenges that come with being high-performing while in recovery.

I know boardrooms. I know recovery rooms. That dual experience gives me unique insight into how to partner with professionals and leaders as they reclaim their careers. I do more than just listen. I’m candid, direct, and here to serve as your honest confidant.

I help clients navigate the challenges of today’s workplace – from reentering after treatment to setting boundaries in a culture where drinking is the expectation. It’s not easy, and I’m not here to pretend it is.

I am, however, here to serve as your partner as we co-develop meaningful, behavioral change that allows you to perform without the distraction of alcohol and other substances. We can do this, together.
